5 Tips for Self Confidence and improving your life


1. Write down a list of things you love to do. Give yourself time to write down all of your passions about all aspects of your life
(i.e. leisure activities, work, family, finances spiritual).

Once you have identified them, ask yourself how many you currently doing. If you are not following these passions, ask yourself why not and start doing one of them immediately.  When you are confident in this move on to the next and keep a log of your successes - See point 5

2. Get exercising as well as eating healthy foods. Both of these are essential to you looking and feeling better. If you think you dont have time to exercise then you probably need it even more.

You will be amazed how much more you get done and have time when you exercise and feel good


3. Set your Life Goals. Question yourself about what you want to be, do and have in life.

If you have a clear vision of what you want to be, do and have, then you will gravitate towards them and attract these things in life.

If you do not know what your goals are in life, then how will you know how to get there and when you get there?


4. Identify your fears and what scares you in life.

Do one thing everyday to push through your fears. For example, if you have a fear of flying visualise your destination and how happy you will be when you get there.


5. Keep a daily success journal and write down any events and experiences that are important to you that you have achieved. Also, write down any important ideas that you learn throughout the day. Reflecting upon this journal daily helps you create awareness of who you are and where you want to go and will get you to achieve your goals faster.
